At Hightech Print Technology, we strive to deliver only the best-quality printer supplies. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.

What Can Be Returned

 

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product

What Cannot Be Returned

 

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened ink bottles or toner cartridges (due to hygiene and tampering risks)

  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or storage

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice

  • Bulk or custom orders unless defective

Exchange & Replacement Policy

 

Eligible products can be replaced with the same item if:

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product photos are submitted for verification

  • Stock is available for immediate replacement

If replacement is not possible, we’ll initiate a refund.

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and initiate the refund within:

  • 7–10 business days from return approval

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay)

Step-by-Step Process

 

  1. Email us at support@hptcartridge.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order ID]”

  2. Mention the reason for return and attach photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement

Return Shipping Responsibility

 

In most cases of wrong or damaged items, we will arrange a reverse pickup. However, in some locations, the customer may need to ship the item back using a reliable courier service.
